Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones and processing reservations via the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Ensure the lobby area and front desk are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
  • Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure guest and staff safety.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations or hotel reception.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, SkyTouch).
