Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones and processing reservations via the Property Management System (PMS).
- Ensure the lobby area and front desk are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure guest and staff safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations or hotel reception.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, SkyTouch).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
