Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel management software.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls promptly, answering inquiries and routing calls to appropriate departments.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas to uphold our high standards.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information regarding local Austin attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints with a solution-oriented mindset and escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
