Responsibilities
- Housekeeping: Ensure all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are spotless and well-maintained according to our strict cleanliness standards.
- Front Desk: Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and handle reservations using our Property Management System.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance their stay.
- Maintenance Support: Report and document maintenance issues promptly and assist the engineering team with minor repairs or room preparation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and amenities to ensure the Front Office and Housekeeping departments are fully stocked.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior experience in the hospitality industry is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
