Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all guest registrations and payments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain strict adherence to hotel security protocols and safety standards at all times.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with a polite and helpful tone, utilizing the PMS system effectively.
- Assist in housekeeping coordination to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Process credit card payments and manage room charges for restaurant and spa services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education is a plus.
