Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our state-of-the-art property management systems (PMS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to late-night arrivals and departing guests, addressing inquiries with warmth and efficiency.
- Monitor the hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of all guests and property.
- Handle wake-up calls, room service requests, and concierge assistance promptly.
- Perform nightly front desk audits, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception desk.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues during off-hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during quiet hours.
- Flexibility to work various night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
