Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a smile.
- Housekeeping Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, public areas, and dining spaces.
- Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Administrative Support: Assist with check-in/check-out processes and manage front desk duties as needed.
- Problem Solving: Quickly resolve minor issues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Attitude: Positive, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
