Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and baggage handling.
- Manage and assign daily tasks to housekeeping and support staff to ensure a pristine environment.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries with a focus on problem resolution and satisfaction.
- Monitor security cameras and access logs to ensure the safety and security of the property.
- Assist in training new employees on hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
- Process payments and manage cash drawers accurately and securely.
- Perform light maintenance duties or coordinate repairs as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or hotel management certificate is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
