Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Process payments and handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and promotional offers to upsell services when appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with property management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
