- Deep Cleaning: Perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure all spaces are visually appealing and meet our strict quality control guidelines.
- Maintenance Support: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Organization: Organize furniture and amenities to maximize space and aesthetic appeal.
- Adherence to Protocols: Follow all company safety and sanitation procedures, including OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness.
