Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary registration information is collected and processed accurately.
  • Greet all guests warmly and professionally, answering inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications
