Responsibilities
- Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance tasks to meet resort standards
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes and special requests
- Monitor and restock public areas and amenities throughout shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and events
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback promptly
- Support housekeeping and front desk operations during high-traffic periods
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic computer literacy for check-in systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving required)
