Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel services and amenities
- Conduct VIP guest preparation and recognition
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
