Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate concierge services and local recommendations for guests
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and process payments securely
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Uphold strict safety and security protocols for guest and property safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, FOSSE, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Indianapolis attractions and transportation
- Valid Indiana driver's license (for airport shuttle duties)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
