Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through warm check-in/check-out processes and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure operational excellence
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and implement effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera, etc.) for real-time operations
- Collaborate with concierge team to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Basic knowledge of Houston attractions and transportation
