Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and register hotel guests using our property management system
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments with precision
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Provide local recommendations and information about Long Beach attractions
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no experience necessary)
