Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email and in person with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage cash handling and credit card transactions accurately.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Process wake-up calls and other special requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the lobby for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced team environment.
