Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence in a professional manner.
- Manage the front desk console, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital transactions.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
