Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests and visitors as they arrive.
- Guest Services: Assist with check-in, check-out processes, and answer all guest inquiries regarding local attractions and services.
- Communication: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence with accuracy and a polite tone.
- Reservations: Update and maintain the reservation system to ensure accurate room availability and guest records.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate them when necessary to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Financials: Process payments, manage cash drawer, and prepare daily reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in customer service is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Diploma: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
