Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process payments accurately and balance daily financial transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with check-out procedures and luggage handling when necessary.
- Uphold hotel safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
