As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in shaping their stay. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, professional, and eager to deliver top-tier service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage daily front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling inquiries promptly.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash, credit cards, and gift cards with strict adherence to company financial policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby spaces, and public restrooms.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and concierge services to enhance their experience.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., OpenTable, Opera, or similar).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidate must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
