Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming reception experience for all guests, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and key card management.
- Handle all incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Process reservations and guest requests accurately using our property management system (PMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
