Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Manage guest check-outs efficiently, including processing payments and providing receipts.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and empathy to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with the coordination of daily hotel operations, including key control and lobby management.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
