Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process using our property management system.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
- Guest Assistance: Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions according to company policy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Multi-tasking: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
