Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and maintain strict adherence to cash handling procedures.
- Assist with concierge requests, including local recommendations for dining and entertainment in Baltimore.
- Monitor hotel security systems and adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus but not required.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
