Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and a smile.
- Manage high-volume phone calls and email inquiries while maintaining a professional tone.
- Accurately process cash, credit card, and check payments.
- Maintain the pristine appearance of the front desk and lobby areas at all times.
- Provide personalized recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and transportation.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a significant plus.
