Responsibilities

  • Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with the utmost professionalism and efficiency, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Reservations Management: Assist in managing room reservations, updating guest profiles, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
