Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with the utmost professionalism and efficiency, striving to exceed expectations.
- Reservations Management: Assist in managing room reservations, updating guest profiles, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Front Desk Operations: Accurately process payments, issue room keys, and maintain the front desk area in pristine condition.
- Event Support: Assist with coordinating events and functions, ensuring all logistics run smoothly for our corporate and private guests.
- Security & Safety: Monitor security cameras and access points, and ensure the safety and security of all guests and property.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in a second language is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable using Property Management Systems (PMS) and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Professionalism: A professional demeanor and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
