Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, checking them in efficiently and accurately.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and poise.
- Process payments and handle guest complaints or requests promptly.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure a clean and organized appearance.
- Cross-train on other hotel operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
