Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Handle all incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy.
- Manage room reservations, process payments, and resolve billing inquiries.
- Address guest complaints and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local area information to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly preferred.
