Your Mission:

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, manage the front desk console, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and maintain accurate daily reports.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Manage the reservation system and assist with room assignments based on availability.
- Address guest complaints or special requests with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn the hospitality industry.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
