Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out procedures, room assignments, and reservation management
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless operations
- Utilize hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) for inventory and reporting
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for errands)
