Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes with attention to detail
- Handle reservation modifications and room assignments efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera) to optimize operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
