Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly, and professional greeting to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Guest Relations: Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and efficiency, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
- Operations Support: Manage the front desk console, including answering multi-line phones, processing reservations, and managing room assignments.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS) and handle billing inquiries.
- Lobby Management: Monitor the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel security protocols and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Customer Service: A strong customer-centric attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to learn new property management software quickly.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
