Responsibilities
- Execute a seamless check-in and check-out process for all guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Greet every visitor with a warm smile and professional demeanor, making them feel instantly at home.
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, with a focus on resolving inquiries promptly.
- Process financial transactions and operate the property management system (PMS) with strict attention to detail.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Assist in making reservations and updating guest profiles to enhance future stays.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and problem-solving skills to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reception, or customer service is preferred, but we offer on-the-job training for eager learners.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards at all times.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
