Responsibilities
- Execute efficient check-in/check-out procedures while maintaining warm guest interactions
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and inventory using Opera PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve concerns proactively
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and balance daily transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and attentive detail
- Support concierge services and local area information requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak hours
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic mathematical aptitude for financial transactions
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
