Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out service with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism ambassador for San Antonio attractions
- Utilize property management systems (Opera, Delphi) effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in English; bilingual Spanish highly preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid Texas driver's license (if airport shuttle required)
- Immediate availability to start within 48 hours
