Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Execute upselling opportunities for premium rooms and amenities
- Assist during emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
