Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning schedules of housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and facilities to identify areas for improvement and enforce quality control.
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage and replenish cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any maintenance or service issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a pristine environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
