Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of front-line staff and department heads.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including P&L management and budget adherence.
- Enhance guest satisfaction scores by addressing feedback and resolving issues efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.
- Oversee marketing initiatives and drive revenue through strategic upselling and group sales.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and renovation projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in hotel management or operations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a large team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, SkyTouch) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
