Responsibilities
- Lead front desk operations including check-in/out, VIP services, and complaint resolution
- Train and mentor 10+ guest service representatives on service standards
- Optimize occupancy and revenue through upselling strategies and rate management
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Implement guest feedback systems and service improvement initiatives
- Manage daily cash handling and financial reporting procedures
- Oversee special event accommodations and group bookings
Qualifications
- 3+ years in luxury/hotel guest services with supervisory experience
- Proven track record in revenue management and guest satisfaction metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Opera/PMS and hospitality software
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Tennessee hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
