Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and prepare accurate weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise hotel staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction scores.
- Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or supervisory hospitality roles.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
