Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for hotel guests using PMS systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Perform daily audits and report discrepancies to management
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling capabilities
- Multilingual skills a significant plus
- Valid Texas driver's license may be required
