Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the front desk operations specifically during weekend shifts, including answering phones and emails promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and professional problem-solving skills.
- Process payments accurately and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mail handling, key management, and filing.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights when necessary.
