Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and manage email inquiries with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Handle guest complaints or requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Operate the Property Management System (PMS) to update guest information and process payments.
- Assist with concierge requests, including local recommendations and transportation.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with reservation software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license may be required.
