- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
- Handle cash transactions and verify credit card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and inquiries.
- Process reservations and update guest information as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
