Responsibilities

- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Act as primary point of contact for guest requests and concerns
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Provide local recommendations and tourist information
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Chicago attractions preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license (if required for errands)
