As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship, so if you possess a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls while managing multi-line communication systems efficiently.
- Assisting guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Handling cash transactions, processing payments, and accurately balancing the register at the end of each shift.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to promptly address guest requests.
- Assisting with administrative duties such as mail sorting and filing when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- No prior hospitality experience necessary; we value attitude over experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
