Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, room assignments, and billing transactions with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational readiness
- Act as primary brand ambassador through positive guest interactions
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hotel/hospitality industry
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
