Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, clients, and visitors.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and registration processes.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with mail distribution, package handling, and general office errands.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and property management software is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
