Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.Monitor the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process billing accurately.Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; additional hospitality education is a plus.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.Professional appearance and demeanor.
