Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration forms and payments are processed accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and emails, responding promptly to guest inquiries, reservations, and requests.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Process daily hotel operations, including posting charges and balancing the cash drawer.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
